This little guy is a trooper. We had every intention on getting him back in to preschool for another year at Nampa Christian School. We absolutely loved that school; however, after much thought and planning we decided to put him into Kinder at Marsing. So, this poor guy went from two half days a week to full days Monday through Thursday. He gets on the bus at 6:50 in the morning and gets home at 4:00pm. It is an understatement to say that we had some difficult times adjusting. However, I am happy to report that he absolutely loves going to school, doing all the activities and meeting new friends. I don't think he really loves learning yet; however, there has been so many huge improvements in that area in just the last three months. For some reason, and to my dismay, Cohen believes that he has a girlfriend. I am having daily discussions with him about boys not liking girls until he is 20, he only should look for a girl like his mommy, etc… :) Cohen's enthusiasm and spirit is so infectious when it comes to school activities. He gets absolutely excited over every little party, gathering, theme day, etc… Just the other night Cohen stated, "I have the funnest school with all these activities, right mom? Right?" Unfortunately, mommy missed the first day of school because my dear Grandpa Hartshorn passed away and Trey and I flew to Colorado for the funeral. Luckily, Scott made his day extra special and took pictures to send to the sad mama!!!
