Happy Easter!!!

Easter time!  So many pictures to capture the special time of Easter.  Trey was also blessed on Easter morning.  Scott gives the most amazing blessings.  Trey and Cohen are so blessed to have him as their father.  Cohen had a wonderful time dyeing Easter eggs, hunting eggs with his friends, learning about the Easter bunny and most importantly, learning about Jesus Christ.  Below are some of our memories that we captured...

Cohen had so much fun dyeing Easter eggs on his own for the first time.

Cohen decided that using his hands was the best method.

Trey hanging out while we dyed eggs.

We went over to our friends, the Mcintyres, for some food and an egg hunt.

Cohen, Henley and Heston

Ready to go one their Easter egg hunt.  Cohen got to find the blue ones, Heston the green ones and Henley the pink ones.

 Easter morning!

This picture just truly shows how much they love each other.

 Trey on his Blessing Day!!!!

Thanks Grandma Mangelson for my blessing outfit.
 I love these boys!

Trey slept during Cohen's egg hunt!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.  He lives, our sweet redeemer lives!!!!  That is comfort!!

Trey is Two Months!

Two months!  I can't believe it.  I love this little man so much.  Trey really is a good baby.  At first, we were wondering if it was going to be a rough ride; however, he is no trouble at all.  Well, except the fact that I still don't get to sleep through the night yet.  I LOVE my sleep and it is just so hard to wake up this time around. I guess Cohen just spoiled us since he started to sleep through the night at 5 weeks. Here are some pictures and updates of our handsome little man, Fredrick Trey!
  • Trey slept six hours sometime the week of 3/3/13 (forgot to write which one)
  • Trey's first time out of the house for some fun time.  We went to Vince and Suzanne's 3/9
  • Trey's first time out to eat with the family.  We went to Outback 3/12/13
  • Trey got to meet Grandpa and Grandma Larsen 3/13/13
  • Trey's first time to church 3/17/13
  • Trey's two month doctor appointment was rescheduled because his pediatrician wasn't going to be there
This month Trey is starting to coo more.  He is doing well at following us and different objects.  The gassy belly pains are seeming to be few and far between now too.  Trey still LOVES to get his bum change (talk about a mood changer).  But, the suctioning of the nose is a NO GO.  Trey screams every time.  He eats pretty much every two hours during the day.  Trey's sleeping patterns have been rather crazy and inconsistent to say the least; however, he seems to nap off and on during the day with a stretch of 4-5 hours during the night.  He is getting better!  This deserves a hallelujah for mommy!  Oh, and Trey really LOVES Cohen.  It is so neat to watch him just light up when Cohen comes around to play and talk with him.  So cute!

Cohen and Trey!

Here are my boys.  I can't get over the fact that I now have TWO kids.  I love it.  I love them.  It is definitely an adjustment, not always an easy one.  However, they are the definition of happiness.  I feel like I am drawn even closer to Scott.  We love our little family of 7 (remember...dogs are people too)!  Trey sure loves his big brother and vice versa.  Cohen can always get Trey to smile so big.  I can't wait until they can play together.  Neither can Cohen!!!

Mr. Trey...not quite two months here.

This picture melts my heart.  I love them!
