Happy Easter!!

What a great Easter these Larsens' had!  The Thursday before Easter, Cohen invited some friends over for a big Easter egg hunt.  He was so excited and had so much planned out.  Kaison, Heston and Henley got to come over for the big shin dig.  As soon as they got there, he invited them to go see our neighbors baby goats.  It was well played because the last mama goat just had her twins within the hour.  They were so stinking cute.  Then, they got to bust cascarone eggs on their heads.  Cascarones broken on one's head is rumored to bring one good luck.  I think they just really liked to break something.  Next, they all got to hunt some easter eggs.  Finally, they went inside for some cupcakes and play.  Cohen had so much fun with his friends.  Mommy completely forgot to take pictures after she took these before his friends came...whoops!

Waiting for his friends...

The Saturday before Easter, Cohen and mommy dyed some eggs.  Daddy was playing some much needed golf time and Trey was taking a nap.
Cohen's ready!!

Trey woke up and got to color on some eggs!

My handsome boys.  Do you see that pose by Cohen?  Just like his Daddy....

Finally, it was Sunday.  Finally, it was Easter day!  The Easter bunny did not come before church.  I think it was because he didn't want to take away from the true meaning of Easter. ;)

The boys cracking up at each other during Easter lunch!

 The Easter bunny finally came!

So, after church, mommy went outside to see if the Easter bunny hid the eggs (she didn't try to hide them).  However, as mommy was walking and looking at the grass, a stinking wasp stung her toe.  WOWZERS!  She has never been stung before and was in some extreme pain.  Therefore, Daddy and the boys went on their egg hunt without the mama :(

Poor Trey fell, but he falls with style :)

We hope everyone had a great Easter.  "I know that my redeemer lives. What comfort this sweet sentence gives! He lives, he lives who once was dead. He lives, my ever-living head!"
