Much to my surprise, Cohen took an interest (completely on his own with no persuasion from the parentals) into going potty on the "big" potty a few weeks ago! Well, about three days ago, we went and got Cohen his very own potty! He LOVES it! I love the fact that is has its own toilet paper holder :) The first day, he pooped twice in it! For those of you who knows Cohen really well, you probably would just realize that the kid is bound to poop on the potty since he poops like 6 or more times a day; however, we are still looking at this as a HUGE success! He has gone to the bathroom daily on it since we have gotten it! He is such a good boy! We are just going to keep letting Cohen run the show! I mean, heck, I wasn't even going to push potty training until he was like three :) This is Cohen's gig here! Stay tuned!!!!!!
He eventually gets completely undressed so he can go potty. Then, he proceeds to throw a tantrum when it comes to wiping and getting the diaper back on. This usually involves a game of chase through the house...However, he LOVES to flush the toilet after examining his amazing accomplishments, washing his hands, turning off the sink, turning off the light to the bathroom and receiving his reward treat for pottying!!!
