Ducks, Geese, Ducks, Geese and More Ducks & Geese!!!!!!!

On January 5, 2012, we went to feed the ducks and geese!  What a great experience for Cohen!  I tell you...this kid isn't afraid of anything!  He LOVED them!  He fed them, chased them, tried to pet them, etc...  I couldn't believe how many there were!  The snow geese were not shy at all!  They come right up and eat out of your hands.  The ducks come up to you, but they remain cautious and keep a little distance.  The canadian geese are extremely shy.  They are pretty much all wild; however, there is one canadian goose that is somewhat domesticated and will come up and get some food!  Here are some pics of another great experience! 

Scott and I really love animals and are always looking for ways to teach Cohen to love and respect them!  It is our hope that Cohen grows up to render the same love and respect for such wonderful creatures, and literally blessings, the Lord has provided us with!

 So I handed Cohen a slice of bread...well, when I turned back around he was eating it!  This boy cracks me up!  He would not feed the ducks or geese for awhile because he needed a little snack.  Soo funny!!  Look at those faces!! Yum!
